Disclaimer: The word “Revision” in the second line in no way means
revision of AFSPA ‘1958 since the readers might misunderstood that Eche is
fasting for complete uprooting of the law and not just a revision. But here I
mean to have another look at the law which defies all human rights.
My Sister had a
vision,
To ask for a revision.
Of a draconian law
of caution,
Which in Manipur,
Has become the
essential laws of motion.
Like Heisenberg’s principle of uncertainty,
Times flies but no
hopes of security,
Of lives without
surety,
And smiles that
come with no warranty.
But like E=mc2,
Eche= Manipur x
Courage2.
Giving hope to the
hopeless square,
Twelve years of
fasting and still going strong,
Now makes the
world wonder,
Where has it gone wrong?
Like Darwin’s
theory of evolution,
We have reached
this far in this revolution.
The roads full of
friction,
And the rulers
full of contamination.
BUT
Like the ultimate realization of Higgs Boson particle,
You will shine
like the God particle.
And bring alive
the 21st article.
A thought always
lurked my mind,
Which my bro Rocky
had signed,
No longer proud to
be an Indian.
I say,
No longer wants to
be an Indian.
